The congregation was founded in 1992 in San José, California. ==History== The group was formed in 1992 by the Korean First Baptist Church of San Jose (currently New Vision Church) to serve the growing number of English-speaking Korean adults in the San José area at the time. It was one of the first churches in the San José area to specifically target college students and adults in the Korean American community. Jim Bae became the ministry's first full-time pastor in January 1993. Currently, Pathway is led by Pastor Bob Lee.
